Stays of one week renewable in the country cottage "Daroulède".
Most of the day is spent outside in the surrounding or at the cottage on the large terrasse which makes it possible to take all the meals with L’shade of large parasols.
The objectives are to associate a daily sporting life, the discovery of different sport activities where each one finds its place and its rhythm.

Hello,
You chose to come to spend one week or more to Lus the High Cross.
As you know certainly it, this stay includes/understands many activities in sporting matter and in particular a course "Accro branches" in a superb natural site, framed by a guide.
We will live this stay in a superb country cottage, whose L’lodging is of great quality. It is located at the center of the village, opposite the communal swimming pool, from which we will benefit the maximum.
In the country cottage, we have of several babies-foot and table-tennis tables. Vis-a-vis with terrace of country cottage, on which we will take our meals when time allows it, you will be able to discover our mini golf.
So that this stay proceeds in a good spirit, the fun and the respect of each one, it appears essential to us to point out the values and the rules of life to you, that our association conveys and to which we adhere all. Rules of life:
To raise:
It N’will never take place before 8H00, except the day of the excursion.
Arrangement:
Each one will have to arrange its linen and its personal businesses in the wall cupboards envisaged for this purpose each morning
Each one will have to make its bed each morning, and to arrange its bag in order not to obstruct the work of the personnel of service.
Courtesy:
A hello the morning will be always welcome.
The vocabulary and L’attitude must be correct constantly of the day.
Reports/ratios girls boys:
No gesture, attitude, or moved word will not be tolerated.
Respect:
Of oneself by a regular hygiene.
Of each speaker of the structure.
Buildings and of all the movable installations.
Teaching equipment and sporting.
Calm times:
Possibility of finding itself in the rooms all together exclusively in calms.
Meals:
Each one will take part to put the table, to disencumber and charge the dishwasher.
Each dish will have to be tasted.
Each one will adopt a correct attitude during the meal.
Obligation D’to have a correct vestimentary behaviour: no the bathing suit, no boy naked chest, not of cap except in the event of sun.
Nobody will have to enter the kitchen apart from the moment of the service.
Telephone:
All the portables will be recovered at the beginning of stay, in one limps envisaged for this purpose, and held by the persons in charge for the week.
They will be usable each day between 6 p.m. and 19 H.
It will be possible D’outward journey with the phone box with the same schedules.
Readers of music:
They are prohibited during the activities.
To sleep:
L’extinction of fires will be done each evening with 23H30 except the last evening with 0h30.
Nonnegotiable Interdicts:
- Detention and/or consumption of tobacco.
- Detention and /ou consumption of drug.
- Detention and /ou consumption D’alcohol.
- Detention of reviews in pornographic matter.
- Co-education of the rooms.
- L’use of violence towards others.
The non-respectt of these rules will involve an immediate reference of the center.
All these rules to which we hold particularly we will not at all prevent from passing a stay full with joy, of pleasure for each one D’between us.
You will realize quickly qu’they will contribute to the success of your stay, and the unforgettable memories which you will keep.
